This photo was taken using Nikon D700 and Nikkor 50mm f1.4 lens. The problem was that in the bathtub there was water and model had a problem with makeup because it was easy to destroy it with water. Second problem was composition, because of space, or better to say lack of space there wasn't much room to make it more appealing.
For the light I used Profilux 200 with 80cm softbox. Make up was made by great professional make up artist so I didn't have to much of a struggle with photoshop later on.
Light was on the tripod over the head of the model. My assistant was holding the light. I was on the edge of the bathtub and using IR trigger I was taking pictures and making adjustments.
Light was intentionally over the head so I could get a good separation between face and the body, but also I could get pretty smooth shadows.
In photoshop I used healing tool, portraiture and clone tool for the face and smoothing of the face. Everything else was stock because I was able to make a full picture in the camera...
